Antonia Martinez Jimenez
Stewardess Antonia Martinez Jimenez is one of the 19 survivors of the August 20, 2008, Spanair plane crash.
Jimenez was the only member of the 10 person flight crew to have survived. She suffered fractured vertebrae, a broken elbow, a bruised sternum and serious burns to her face.12
The Spanair plane, which was destined for the Canary Islands, crashed after swerving off the runway. There were 172 passengers on board at the time.3
