Anthony G. Toles

Anthony G. Toles is a registered sex offender who was working as an Ice Cream Truck driver selling to children around Perris Lake, California.

Toles visited schools, parks and swimming pools to sell candy, ice cream and water guns. Police can do nothing about Stoles' peddling because he's no longer on parole or probation.

Residents of Riverside and San Bernardino County, California are asking for stricter policies regarding who can operate ice cream trucks.

The proposed law would require background checks on potential ice cream truck operators and ban sex offenders from having that position.

Stoles Sex Abuse

In 2003 Stoles pleaded guilty to continuously sexually abusing his two daughters and lewd and lascivious acts against a child. Both of his daughters were under the age of 14 at time of abuse.

Stoles denies ever molesting his daughters and said he pleaded guilty because of poor legal representation and not wanting to risk spending time in prison.
