Guide Note:Angel Dailey was arrested on April 5, 2008 and has been charged with giving marijuana to a two year old toddler. Daily is currently 16 years old. Dailey has pleaded not guilty in two counts of corrupting and endangering a child charges. The prosecutors were able to arrest Dailey after a video shot in a pawn shop showed him giving marijuana to the toddler. The alleged marijuana supplying occurred at Dailey's house and occurred from July 1, 2007 to February 2, 2008. The toddler was receiving care from Dailey and Dailey's boyfriend, Melvin Blevins.
