Amanda McGhee

Amanda McGhee was indicted on two counts of first-degree murder on April 9, 2008. 16 year old McGhee is accused of killing her father 60 year old Terrance McGhee and stepmother Alisa McGhee 41, on June 29, 2007. Her 21 year old boyfriend Andrew Bryan Mann has also been charged.

Investigators believe McGee who was 15 years old and pregnant, and her boyfriend planned to kill her parents because they disapproved of their relationship. McGhee gave birth to a baby girl in late March of 2008, and the baby was turned over to the states Department of Children's Services. McGhee was held without bond, and has been in a juvenile detention center since July of 2007. The Boyfriend:

1. Mann allegedly shot Terrance McGhee and Alisa McGhee with a .32 caliper semi-automatic pistol
2. Mann is reportedly the father of McGhee's child
3. Held on $2 million bond

The victims:

1. Terrance McGhee: killed with single gunshot to back of head
2. Alisa McGhee: shot twice in the back, investigators say she struggled with Andrew Bryan Mann
3. Family members found bodies after trying to call and got no answer
4. McGee had run away on two separate occasions
5. Third suspect was charged with accessory after the fact, but the charges were later dropped
