Al-Mu'bi's Justification
Al-Mu'bi makes a distinction between marriage and sex, and says the age of marriage is not important while the age of first sexual intercourse may be important. He cites the example of Mohammad, the central prophet of Islam, who married when he was six and had his first sexual intercourse with his bride when she was nine.
