Ahmad Bradshaw Jailed
New York Giants running back Ahmad Bradshaw was being held over a probation violation at Southwest Virginia Regional Jail, as reported June 19, 2008. Though the exact charges were not disclosed, they may stem from a 2006 incident, in which the then-undergraduate stole a PlayStation 2 game from another Marshall University student at, and was sentenced to two years probation for petty larceny.1

- "We are aware of the situation and have been in contact with Ahmad's legal representative. This situation is not the result of any recent incident. It stems from an issue that occurred prior to Ahmad being drafted by the Giants. Beyond that, we have no further comment."1
