After each mission in Advance Wars: Days of Ruin, the player is given one of four ranks: A, B, C or S. S Rank is the highest achievable rank, and is awarded when the player gets 300 points or more. The points are tallied in three categories: technique, power and speed.² After 50 S Ranks, the player is awarded the S Rank Medal.³
