Adrienne Laflamme
60-year-old Florida science teacher Adrienne Laflamme was arrested for having a sexual relationship with a 17-year-old student. Laflamme then encouraged the boy to lie about the month-long relationship so that she could avoid losing her job and retirement benefits. The call was monitored by the police.

Laflamme Arrest
The pair met when the student was in custody at the Brevard County Juvenile Detention Center, where Laflamme taught science. After the student's release from detention, Laflamme is also reported to have let the student borrow her car, but then told police that it had been stolen when she discovered the allegations against her.1
