Adolphus August Busch V was at a party when police arrived to investigate a loud music complaint. Police found him along with eight others under the age of 21 drinking unlawfully. All nine were arrested and taken to the Madison County Jail in Illinois and charged with unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor. Authorities said that Busch admitted to drinking three beers.
