Adam Goldberg is an American actor, director, and producer. His most memorable role was the part of "Private Stanley Mellish" in Steven Spielberg's Saving Private Ryan.

Career
Goldberg began acting as a teen and made his film debut in 1992 when he was cast in Billy Crystal's Mr. Saturday Night. In 1998 he starred in Saving Private Ryan. He has had parts in a number of other films including The Prophecy, Babe: Pig in the City and Dazed and Confused.
