50 Cent Blood on the Sand, also known as 50 Cent II, is a shooter video game for the PS3 and Xbox 360 platforms. The game is developed by Swordfish Studios, and published by Vivendi Games. This game is the sequel to the 2005 PS2 and Xbox game, 50 Cent Bulletproof.

50 Cent Blood on the Sand eschews the New York setting of the first game for an unidentified country in the Middle East. The plot involves 50 Cent performing in this Middle Eastern setting, only to be cheated out of his pay by the concert promoter. Hassling the promoter leads him to be offered a diamond-encrusted skull as payment. He takes the deal, but as he is about to leave, the skull is stolen from him in an ambush. The game concerns 50 Cent's efforts to recover this skull from those who took it.

The gameplay will be reminiscent of Epic Games' Gears of War. This includes the ability to shoot, take cover behind any object, and blind-fire from behind that cover. You will have the ability to drive and fight from vehicles, including a military-styled Humvee and a helicopter, will be included. Cooperative play is available for two players, with the second player taking the role of another member of G-Unit, such as Lloyd Banks, Tony Yayo or DJ Whoo Kid. If another player is not available, the second character will be controlled by AI and will always be present to help. It is based on Unreal Engine 3 technology by Epic Games. The music in the game will feature both classic and brand new tracks by 50 Cent. According to an interview with the producer, downloadable content may be in the works, possibly related to new music tracks for the game.
